Our Premium Beluga caviar is a delicacy of the highest quality, sourced from the Huso Huso sturgeon, also known as the "Beluga king" among sturgeons. This species only reaches its full potential after a lifespan of at least 20 years and is able to produce an average amount of 20 to 30 kg of caviar. With an impressive length of 260 to 600 cm and a weight of 50 to 250 kg, the Huso Huso sturgeon is the largest of its kind. Furthermore, this majestic fish is the only one that produces eggs of 4.5 mm size in our collection.
